NOVOSIBIRSK, November 10. /Dunyo IA/. The Consulate General of Uzbekistan, with the active support of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, has organized a business mission of private medical organizations and clinics from Novosibirsk to Tashkent, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

As part of the visit, members of the business mission held meetings at the Licensing and Accreditation Center, the Uzbekistan Medical Tourism Association, the Third Clinic of Tashkent Medical Academy, the Nursing Academy, as well as at several private clinics in the city, including "AKFA Medline" and "Ezgu Niyat".

The delegation from Novosibirsk explored Uzbekistan’s advanced technologies in surgery, reproductive medicine, genecology, IVF, oncology, and cardiac surgery, while also discussing the prospects of establishing representative offices of Novosibirsk clinics in the country.

The Russian delegation proposed referring patients from Novosibirsk to medical facilities in Uzbekistan, citing the high level of medical technologies and the expertise of local specialists. This matter received particular attention during a meeting at the Uzbekistan Medical Tourism Association, which was also attended by representatives of private healthcare clinics from Uzbekistan.

In addition, at the Nursing Academy, discussions were held on other pressing matters of cooperation, specifically the recruitment of junior medical staff from Uzbekistan to work in private healthcare clinics in Novosibirsk.

During the visit, the Russian business mission participated in the 17th International Exhibition "UzMedExpo-2025" in Tashkent, and also visited the Russian company "Zdravmedtex-Aziya" at the Chirchik Technopark, which specializes in the production of single-use medical devices.
